How our engagements are priced
Every Saxestory solution starts with a Strategy phase at a one-off fee. Execution runs as a monthly subscription. Your proposal states one fixed fee for each component, built for your scope.
Strategy first, then execution
The same model applies to every solution. Strategy decides what the work should be. Execution delivers it, month after month.
One-off fee
Designs the solution: who to target, what to say, which channels to run, and how results are measured.
Monthly subscription
Runs the solution against the approved strategy, with reporting every month and a plan for the next one.

The scope decides the number
Two companies can buy the same solution and need very different work. These are the factors we size in every proposal.
Accounts and segments
How many named accounts, clusters, or buyer segments the program covers.
Markets and languages
The countries you sell into and the languages your buyers expect.
Channels and programs
Which channels run, and whether ABM and Pipeline run side by side.
Products and launches
How many products need positioning, and how many launches fall inside the term.
Content volume
The assets, pages, and campaigns each month requires.
Your team and tools
What your own team runs, and the state of your CRM and marketing tools.
Costs you pay directly
We state these in every proposal, so the fee you approve covers exactly what it says.
From first call to your proposal
Talk to a tech marketer
A 30-minute call about your product, buyers, and sales process. We tell you which solution fits, and when none does.
Scope the work
We ask the questions that size the work: accounts, markets, channels, team, and tools.
Receive your proposal
Scope, deliverables, timeline, and one fixed fee for each component.
Start with strategy
Once the proposal is approved, the Strategy phase begins with a kickoff session.
Why don't you publish prices?
Two engagements with the same name rarely share the same scope. The number of accounts, markets, and channels changes the work, so a published price would be wrong for most companies. Every proposal states a fixed fee for your scope instead.
Can we buy only the strategy?
Yes. The Strategy phase of every solution is a standalone engagement. You own the deliverables, and your own team or another partner can execute them.
Is there a minimum term?
Execution for X Demand Generation and X Marketing Management runs for a minimum of six months, the time these programs need to show reliable results. The term for other engagements is stated in your proposal.
What is not included in your fees?
Media spend, software licences, and third-party costs such as photography, hosting, or event fees. For demand generation and ABM, content and creative production is scoped separately once the strategy shows what is needed.
